📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Missions and Madness, we strive to make your journey—whether physical or fantastical—as smooth and reliable as possible. Below you’ll find our current shipping and delivery policies for both physical products and DFY (Done-For-You) guided experiences.

🚚 Shipping Policy for Physical Goods

All physical items purchased through our website (e.g., adventure kits, props, manuals, and wearable gear) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from our Flagstaff, Arizona dispatch location.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Mountain Time) are prepared and shipped the next business day.
  • Carrier & Speed: We use USPS Priority Mail by default, which typically delivers within 1–3 business days domestically.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your item is shipped.
  • Shipping Area: We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. For international orders, please contact us directly.

🧭 DFY Guided Event Scheduling

For all DFY (Done-For-You) services, including live tactical adventures, corporate team-building sessions, or roleplay-based wellness events:

  • Initial Contact: You will be contacted via email or phone on the next business day after placing your order or inquiry.
  • Scheduling & Planning: We work closely with you to coordinate location, timing, and customization. Events are available throughout Flagstaff, Northern Arizona, and the greater Southwest region, with world-wide availability upon request.
  • Travel & Logistics: Travel expenses and per diem (if applicable) are outlined transparently in your planning documentation prior to confirmation.
