Missions and Madness offers both physical products (DIY kits and accessories) and done-for-you (DFY) event services. All offerings are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and decline service at our discretion.

You agree not to use the Site or services for any unlawful or abusive purpose. This includes but is not limited to:

• Violating any local, state, or federal laws or regulations;

4. Orders and Payments

All payments for products and services must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders are processed through secure payment platforms. Missions and Madness is not responsible for any transaction issues arising from your payment provider.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders for physical goods are shipped via USPS Priority Mail on the next business day. Please review our Shipping Policy for details. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Guarantees

Cancellations of DFY events must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in our Refund Policy. Physical products are backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee unless otherwise stated. Conditions and exclusions apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, logos, graphics, and multimedia, is the property of Missions and Madness or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
