Every custom Missions and Madness event includes trained staff, immersive storytelling, flexible design, and everything your team needs to play. We handle the gear, flow, and safety—so you just show up and dive in.

Section 1: Included in Every Mission Pack

All custom events—regardless of theme or pack type—include the following:

Mission Design Based on Pack Selection

Each event is built from one of our core frameworks (The Team, The Allies, The Squad, The Professionals), then customized to your location, goals, and group makeup.

Live Facilitators & Game Staff

Our trained team runs your mission from start to finish. We brief players, guide transitions, and adapt pacing live.

Thematic Storyline & Player Roleplay

Each mission is built around an in-world narrative with player identities and role mechanics. Your team becomes the heroes (or suspects) in a larger story.

All Props, Gear, and Game Objects

We provide everything needed to play, including maps, tools, coded documents, props, safeties, obstacles, and tokens.

Location Adaptation

Whether indoor, outdoor, urban or wooded, our missions adapt to your chosen space. No venue is too strange—we’ve probably run stranger.

Basic Video Highlights

All missions include in-world or facilitator-captured video footage. A post-mission clip or highlight file is delivered digitally.

Group-Scaled Gameplay

Missions dynamically scale for group sizes from 4 to 40+ participants. Adjustments for larger groups are available with advance coordination.

Debrief & Summary File

After the mission, groups receive a digital debrief with outcomes, highlights, or optional reflection prompts.

Mission Token or Patch (Basic)

Most events include a small physical takeaway—like a patch, relic, or symbolic item—related to the outcome or theme.

Safety & Accessibility Planning

Physical challenges are risk-assessed, and missions can be adapted for a wide range of mobility, sensory, or age needs. Let us know during booking.

Section 2: Optional Upgrades

These add-ons can be requested during planning or added at checkout (when available):

Pro Photography or Cinematic Video

Upgrade from basic facilitator footage to full-resolution coverage with cinematic editing or themed output.

Live Roleplayers or NPC Characters

Add immersion with in-world antagonists, allies, or unpredictable informants.

Swag Packs or Reward Kits

Expand beyond basic token items with full patch sets, team bundles, or reward bags—ideal for leadership training or youth camps.

Educational Journals or Curriculum Tracks

For school groups, we offer mission journals, reflection activities, and integrated lesson extensions tied to leadership, storytelling, or tactical thinking.

Multi-Day or Campaign Missions

Available for long-form programs or retreats. Missions can stack or evolve over time with continuity and evolving goals.

Section 3: Compare Mission Pack Types

Every custom event starts with a mission pack—your team’s tactical framework. Choose the one that best matches your vibe and we’ll take it from there.

Mission Pack Fitness Level Skill Focus Ideal For Participants
The Team Low Communication and social awareness Family groups, mixed-age teams, inclusive play 4–12
The Allies Moderate Team tactics, decision making, flexible roles Friend groups, classroom teams, strategic learners 4–12
The Squad Active Tactical movement and coordination Youth teams, athletic groups, action-seekers 4–10
The Professionals Flexible Advanced missions, strategic complexity Leadership teams, repeat players, challenge-driven groups 4–10 (customizable)

Section 4: Choose Your Narrative Flavor

Once you’ve selected a pack, you’ll help choose a mission theme. These can reflect your group’s interest, tone, or preferred challenge type.

Apocalypse Survival – Navigate collapse, secure resources, and escape.

Puzzle Heist – Outwit traps, solve mysteries, and steal the prize.

Tactical Extraction – Infiltrate, execute, and exfil under pressure.

Fantasy Quest – Magic, maps, and the unknown.

Not sure what fits? We’ll guide you through options during onboarding.
